Q: How are your items made? 

A: All of our items are wheel thrown, trimmed and glazed in our Islington studio, the process of making each cup is very hands on and designed with the customer in mind.

Q:My item is a gift, can I select gift wrapping?

A:Yes! all of our orders are gift wrapped, even if they are for yourself! If your purchase is for a gift there is an option to select this at the checkout along with the option to write a gift message.

Q:How will it take to process and deliver my order?

A:Our processing times are between 3-5 working days, once your order has been shipped the delivery time is determined by the destination please see a guideline below:

UK - All UK orders are sent first class recorded delivery (service takes 5 working days from shipment date)
EU- Shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (service takes up to 3-4 weeks)
USA - Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed (service takes up to 3-4 weeks)
Rest of world - Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed (service takes up to 3-4 weeks)
 

Q:How much is shipping? 

A: UK shipping is free, other destinations are calculated on checkout

Q:Do you accept returns? 
A:If for any reason you are not happy with your order please do get in touch and we will be more than happy to accept returns, refunds are processed once the item has been returned to our address
